Let’s celebrate Colorado’s Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights!
Passed in 1992, the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights has been our constitutional guardian keeping elected officials out of our wallets. Politicians can raise taxes, but with the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights, they have to ask us first. It’s that simple.
The Foundation for Economic Educations says the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights is a model for the nation.
Meet our dynamic panel and find out why we must protect our Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights:
- Amy Cooke, Independence Institute
- Laura Carno, Colorado Springs Taxpayers
- Jennifer Schubert-Akin, The Steamboat Institute
- The T.A.B.O.R. Foundation
- Americans for Prosperity
